Meet the Founder

Law Enforcement and Dynamic Event Readiness Systems is dedicated to strengthening readiness, promoting officer safety, and supporting officer wellness through strategic leadership.

I created this readiness platform for the benefit of the community, first responders, and the general public, so we can all better understand the challenges officers face and the tools they need to succeed.

I've learned from working over 17 years in law enforcement and earned the rank of sergeant.  I’m committed to sharing my experience with officers across the country.
